Dr. Taylor is very polite and a great listener. The entire office staff is also incredibly nice. Dr. Taylor shows genuine concern and eagerness to help. Excellent experience.

The medical staff is always attentive and caring and professional but office staff are not very friendly or, act like you’re bothering them. Sorry but I sat waiting cause I was early and watched how they treated the patients. I worked at front desk for years and it was apauling to me.

The internet was down so Dr. Taylor did not see my x-rays. This disappointed me. He said he would see them later and call me. I have not heard from him. My appointment was Thursday. I hope he will call me on Monday. I want to know about it because it was my one-year check and I will not see him for another year.

Dr. Shah scraped the calcium deposits off my right shoulder yesterday. I haven’t even had to take an aspirin for any pain! The staff was great and I highly recommend them.
