Valley Orthopedic institute offers highly skilled care in a professional and efficient setting. Appointment times are honored and wait times are short. The reception staff are friendly and the doctors are dedicated to providing the best and least invasive treatments. When surgery is necessary, their skills are excellent and after care is top notch.

A great overall experience. Wait time in the lobby and in the exam room was short and both Dr. Shah and the PA took time to thoroughly answer my questions and discuss any options.

I saw Dr Shah a few years back for a fractured wrist. The staff, care and PT was very good, so when I injured my shoulder I was more than happy to go back. The PT team is excellent! Five stars. Very attentive and they know their job. Unfortunately the office staff did not file my paperwork promptly and I had to call many times to remind them to complete. If you are on SDI and or FMLA, don’t assume it will get taken care of. I got many notifications from my work threatening termination because paperwork was not filed on time. Apparently there is only one person that does this for the whole practice and she does not stay in one office. The practice needs to address this. Although Dr Shah went over the MRI on the first visit, he seemed inpatient to move quickly through the other followups. He seemed abrupt and took no time to explain the plan of care, especially concerning what I should expect for future recovery. In addition there was no mention of a timeline for returning to work. Unfortunately this was dealt with abruptly and without prior notice. Had hoped for better!
