The only issue I have is the receptionist Cynthia. I will admit I was late, but things had happened to avoid that. I am taking care of many things, and I got caught on the phone for too long. I also depend on many people and my worker was giving me a ride. She hollered my name from across the reception area before I barely got in the door. I tried to explain and give her some paperwork that was given to me by my oncologist office Dr. Shah she really and Natalie says she didn’t need it and I was supposed to be there at two, which was wrong because I wasn’t supposed to be there until 240 and yes I still was late , she was speaking very loudly and I asked her if she could lower her tone because it was hurting my ears and she got offensive and said I was being rude that no one has ever told her that I said that maybe it was the echoing. My worker was sitting in the reception area, and she was just not router to another gentleman that had walked in because the other receptionist gave him a check-in board . Other than that everyone else was wonderful, wonderful!! I have been in the business been in many types of business and never got treated that way. If nothing else, I feel, she should learn to respect her elders and her job and the people around her. She even stood up like it was going to intimidate me. I do not want everyone and their mothers to know my information and what is going on with me when I go into a doctors office and I don’t expect it to happen. And when I do go back in, which I will I will go to the other receptionist.

Dr. Taylor is wonderful. He’s an excellent listener, answered my questions and clearly explained my injury and healing process. Also, the staff is really nice and efficient and each time I visit, my wait time isn’t more than 10 minutes.

Usually my appointments go really well in this office and always once I'm actually with the doctor but for some reason my appointment was not recorded at the time it was made so they slipped me into a canceled appointment (at the same time my appointment was supposed to be) but then I had to wait another 45 minutes before actually being called back. I just felt like I wasted a lot of time unnecessarily this time but Dr. Taylor is always very good and listens well, takes care of issues promptly and is quite effective.

The medical staff is always attentive and caring and professional but office staff are not very friendly or, act like you’re bothering them. Sorry but I sat waiting cause I was early and watched how they treated the patients. I worked at front desk for years and it was apauling to me.

The internet was down so Dr. Taylor did not see my x-rays. This disappointed me. He said he would see them later and call me. I have not heard from him. My appointment was Thursday. I hope he will call me on Monday. I want to know about it because it was my one-year check and I will not see him for another year.
