Once I was called in my experience was 100% positive. Back office staff, nurses, X-ray tech , NP and doctor were professional, caring and took their time explaining the entire process, results and possible treatment! One of the front four clerks was not professional and treated me as if I was a toddler! Otherwise I would certainly rate my experience as 5 star. This particular clerk needs training .

Dr Shaw has helped me for years....carpal tunnel release during my working years, to now the arthritis in my shoulders in my retirement years. I love the physical therapy is right there also.....thank you so much for all your help.....

Front Desk Admin are very knowledgeable and courteous. Dr’s Assistance are fast to come get your prognosis. Does not take long for the Dr to come in and look at your physical problem. 5 Stars for Dr Taylor’s office. Dr. Is gentle and courteous besides being very knowledgeable.
